Collection, storage and use of personal data when visiting the website

When our website is accessed, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. The data records are comprised of: browser type, operating system used, IP address, time of the server enquiry and the visited website. If we have the opportunity to welcome you as a customer in our company, we store all of the data, which is relevant for your contract. Data processing for the purpose of contract fulfilment occurs in accordance with Art. 6 (1) Letter b GDPR. Inter alia, these include personal data, such as the name, address and operationally and contractually relevant data. If you do not provide your data to us, we cannot conclude any contracts with you. After the termination of the contractual relationship, as a rule, we will store your data for 3 years (Section 195 BGB [German Civil Code]) and tax-relevant data for 10 years (inter alia, AO [German Fiscal Act] Section 147).
